Eligibility and Recruitment Services
RM Support provides professional placement and workforce staffing services connecting qualified job seekers (Candidates) with organizations looking to hire (Clients).

Service Scope: RM Support assists in identifying, screening, and recommending candidates for client vacancies. We do not act as an employer of record unless explicitly stated in a separate, formal employment contract.

No Guarantee of Employment or Placement: RM Support does not guarantee that candidates will secure interviews or employment, nor do we guarantee that corporate clients will find a matching candidate for their vacancies. Placement depends entirely on client hiring decisions and market demand.

Accuracy of Information: Candidates must provide accurate, current, and truthful information on resumes, applications, portfolios, and certifications. Providing fraudulent credentials, falsifying employment history, or misrepresenting background information will lead to immediate termination of services.

Employer Policies: Once placed, candidates are subject to the specific workplace policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines of the hiring client.
Use of Our Services
Our services are designed to facilitate professional, lawful career connections and corporate staffing solutions.

Authorized User: Candidate profiles and staffing requests must be managed by the authentic individual or an authorized corporate representative.

Prohibited Conduct: You shall not use our platform to post fraudulent job openings, harvest candidate data for unauthorized third-party databases, submit misleading application materials, or engage in discriminatory hiring actions.

Data Verification: You acknowledge that RM Support reserves the right to verify employment histories, educational credentials, and professional references as part of standard pre-screening procedures.
SMS and Text Messaging Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to the following regarding our SMS/Text Messaging program:

Express Written Consent: By checking the consent box on our web forms, you provide your express written signature to receive recurring automated marketing, informational, and recruitment-related text messages from RM Support. Consent is not a condition of a final job placement or service purchase.

We protect candidate resumes and client billing details with strict confidentiality protocols, sharing applicant details only with prospective employers who have an active, legitimate hiring interest.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, brand elements, and candidate intake systems—is the property of RM Support or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and International copyright and trademark laws. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

RM Support, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our recruitment services or employment search tools.

We are not liable for employment disruptions, rescinded job offers by clients, or candidate decisions to decline or leave a position.

Our total liability for any corporate or individual claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to RM Support for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RM Support from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of professional credentials, or your violation of any workplace laws or third-party rights.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, New York.
